Italy in my dreams

Italy in my dreams

Some friends of mine just got back from Italy and they were raving about their trip. I must confess that I have never really thought about going to Italy, but hearing about their adventures really changed my mind.

They toured vineyards and saw some of the old country. They had suntans and smiles on their faces. Their pictures were out of this world, like something you see in a magazine. I have wanted to go to England, Ireland and Australia, but now I'm adding Italy to my list.

They said it was fairly easy to find a translator to spend a lot of time with them. And many people could speak some English, but I am still going to try to learn some basic Italian.

my ideal vacations are accompanied by my Boyfriend.I love you Pedro......Jejeje

It's necessary document at the time of traveling the tickets we will buy them in a travel agency that already this being in charge of everything like of the hotel for these vacations.

So now I'm trying to figure out when I can make this trip. I think I'll get some new brochures and check out the charter trips to wine country.

My planing is 3 weeks in Italy, to some of the undiscovered treasures:

Cocoa Cookies

Ingredients:
Cocoa Cookies

½ Butter

1 cup sugar 1 large egg 2 cups all-purpose flour 2 teaspoons baking soda 4 teaspoon cocoa powder

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Note 1: The cost of this recipe is 15 BF
Note 2: it's best to prep this dough earlier so it can chill in the fridge for at least an hour.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Or, if you're following my strange chronology, you turn it down from the broiler setting and let it cool for a little bit before cookieing it up. Mix the wet ingredients in a bowl. Now is when you can appreciate the aroma delicious , cocoa and cinnamon.... it's really rather pleasant!

Step 1:Add your dry ingredients and mix until combined.

Step 2:
At this point, I put my dough in the fridge to chill. So fast forward an hour or more, and get ready to roll your cookies into tablespoon-sized balls. Coat each one in sugar and arrange on the cookie sheet. Give these puppies some room to grow - they're going to spread!

Step 3:
After baking:

Step 4:
There are the finished cocoa-cookies.
